Shipping Policy

At Dream Design Doodle, every order is packed with care and shipped directly from my San Francisco studio. Because each piece is handmade and printed in small batches, please allow a little time for preparation before your order ships.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after purchase.
Subscription items (Paper Post Mail Club) are mailed once a month, typically between the 20th and 25th.

Shipping Method

Most items are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail in envelopes or flat mailers.

• Postcards and small prints ship without tracking.

• Art prints and larger orders may include tracking when applicable.

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and postal service.​

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are included in your order total and will be clearly shown at checkout.
Paper Post Mail Club subscriptions include free U.S. shipping.

Lost or Damaged Mail

If your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable amount of time or arrives damaged, please reach out to dreamdesigndoodle@gmail.com. I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement whenever possible.

International Orders

At this time, I primarily ship within the U.S.
