Refund Policy
At Dream Design Doodle, I take great care in creating and packaging every piece of art so that it arrives safely and beautifully to your door. Since each item is made in small batches and often mailed directly from my San Francisco studio, all sales are final — but I want every customer to be happy with their order.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in the mail, please reach out to me directly and I’ll make it right.

Missing Mail
If your mail has not arrived within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact me at dreamdesigndoodle@gmail.com with your order details. I’ll work with you to confirm the address and offer a replacement when possible.
(Please note that most Paper Post Mail Club subscriptions are shipped via USPS without tracking, so occasional delays may occur.)

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email dreamdesigndoodle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. I’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges & Returns
Because of the handmade and limited-edition nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item was damaged or lost in transit.
