By accessing this website or purchasing from dreamdesigndoodle.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to our Paper Post Mail Club.

1. General Information

Dream Design Doodle is owned and operated by Millie Kwong.
By visiting this site, purchasing products, or subscribing to the Paper Post Mail Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return & Replacement Policy.

All products are handmade, designed, and packaged in San Francisco. Because of the artisanal and small-batch nature of our work, slight variations may occur — that’s part of their charm and uniqueness.

2. Products & Subscriptions

Our watercolor art prints, postcards, greeting cards, and subscription products are produced in limited quantities. Availability may change at any time without notice.

For Paper Post Mail Club subscribers:

  • Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.

  • Each monthly mailing is sent via USPS without tracking.

  • While delays may occur due to postal services, every effort is made to ensure timely delivery.

  • Missing or damaged mail will be handled in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

Dream Design Doodle does not store full payment information on its servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders and subscriptions are shipped directly from San Francisco, California.
Most items are mailed in envelopes via USPS First-Class Mail without tracking. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and postal service conditions.

Dream Design Doodle is not responsible for postal delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or lost mail once shipped — but we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

5. Returns & Replacements

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact dreamdesigndoodle@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to arrange a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Millie Kwong / Dream Design Doodle.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute any content or product designs without prior written consent from the artist.

Dream Design Doodle is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or shipping carriers

  • Incorrect address submissions by the customer

  • Normal wear, handling, or variation in handmade products

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access

All products are intended for personal enjoyment and not for resale without express permission.

8. Cancellations

Subscription members may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
